| The automotive industry has been one of the most important pillars of our nationaleconomy-based industries. As an important segment of automotive industry which has anintimate relationship with vehicle operation and motorists lives, automotive after-salesservice has a growing influence on people’s life and work, as well as the social environment.Automotive after-sales services are supposed to consume energy, water and related materials,and produce large amounts of wastewater, waste gas and solid waste. As Automotiveafter-sales services stations are mostly in urban residents living and working areas, therefore,those emissions will cause pollutions on people’s everyday lives. The important issue thatmore and more people in both domestic and foreign theoretical research community as wellas industry have been trying to resolve is how to reduce resource consumption andenvironmental pollution in automotive after-sales services. In production area, over the pastfew decades, people have done a lot in cleaner production research and exploration. But inthe emerging service industries, including automotive service industry, this research is quiterare, which is still a "Blue Ocean." Therefore, this article attempts to do a study to make upthe lack of research on cleaner production of automotive after-sales services.In this paper, concepts have been clearly identified about automotive after-sales serviceindustry, service system operation, the cleanliness of service based on a detailed analysis onboth domestic and foreign literature research. For the cleaner automotive after-sales servicesystem,the paper also gives relevant ways concerning three stages of automotive after-salesservice, which are service inputs, service transformation and service output. Automobileservice stations need to strengthen cleaner production on institutional innovation,organization and corresponding personal responsibility and cleaner production audit andevaluation system design, etc, in order to ensure the implementation of cleaner production carservice system. Therefore, this article also further expands the automotive after-sales servicesystem to run cleaner production support system design.This paper introduce process and methods as well as advanced technology in cleanproduction into automotive after-sales service system, which will have a positive impact andguiding significance on the reduction of the negative impact of automobile service station services. In addition, the text on the design content of automotive after-sales service systemevaluation index system for clean production will have important practical significance inpromotion of cleaner production in automotive service industry. |
