It will clarify the state-owned assets supervision and management institutions scope of rights, the rights' object, the monitor of rights and etc. it will improve the exercise of state-owned shares of the state-owned assets supervision and administration institution. The aim is to construct the new system of stated owned assets. In response to the new situation of financial crisis, the reform of state-owned assets supervision system is a challenge and opportunity.
