The Research On The Design Evaluation Mechanism In Furniture Enterprises

This article summed up the existed problems of the design evaluation mechanism in furniture enterprises as well as their impact to furniture's development through analyzing the existing furniture evaluation mechanism, it also pointed out the importance of the establishment of a scientific and rational evaluation system to China's furniture enterprises.The evaluation criteria of the furniture enterprises should be choose a consistent with the current reality, scientific, and comprehensive evaluation criteria. It put forward the evaluation mechanism of furniture enterprises should make the Consumers'satisfaction, the scientific nature of the design, the harmony of the environment and the development of the enterprises as the standards based on the general design evaluation theory.The evaluation index system of the furniture enterprises should be three-dimensional and diversified. The establishment of the index system should follow a comprehensive, scientific, advanced, systematic, qualitative and quantitative combines, dynamic and static combines, feasibility, maneuverability, flexibility, and the different levels of the products'principles.The products belong to the enterprises, so the design evaluation should consider the enterprises' personal factors, and followed by the generality of the community. The selected index should reflect the design levels and performance, reflect the most important design requirements. The index factors should be selected after rational analysis, then unified and integrated in a comprehensive framework. This article established a furniture design evaluation model through analyzing the factors of each evaluation index. It considered corporate strategy, product strategy, the social market and the technology of the enterprises from the corporate personality factors, the design of economic, technical, aesthetic and social indicators from the social common factors. It also talked each index factors' roles in the whole process of product design evaluation.This article put forward a furniture design evaluation system based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy evaluation method, considering that the index factors of the design evaluation ware complex for some qualitative and quantitative components, and had obvious different levels. It used AHP to determine the weights of the evaluation index, then used the fuzzy evaluation to give a comprehensive evaluation. It provided a theoretical model framework that combined the subjective and objective factors for solving the practical problem that the evaluation system and evaluation standards lag behind the furniture development.
