Research Of Rish Evaluation On EPC General Contractor Of Zhong Se Co.Ltd

In recent years, EPC model has gained a greater success in the field of domestic construction. To promote development of enterprise, Zhong Se Co.Ltd decided to actively explore and carry out EPC business. EPC project is a high risk business, but effective risk management is a guarantee of success of the project. Since EPC business in Zhong Se Co.Ltd lacking of sophisticated risk management experience has just started, the exploration and research of risk management on EPC project is essential. Risk management is based on risk identification and evaluation. This paper makes a study on risk assessment on EPC project.EPC's risk is the result of many risk factors. As a result, an evaluation index system has to be established to cope with risks. This paper identified risk factors through method of experts'investigation, then established a reasonable evaluation index system by using AHP (analytic hierarchy process). Because of fuzziness of risk assessment results, this paper achieved a more reliable evaluation result using fuzzy mathematical principles. By the evaluation index system, this paper implemented fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on foil projects, then took corresponding preventive measures to reduce the project risk based on the evaluation results, and achieved good results.This paper's study provides a tool for Zhong Se Co.Ltd's risk assessment on EPC project and provides a reference for EPC risk management. In the end, this paper pointed out the weakness of research, and proposed suggestions from organizational reform and improvement of the management foundation work, etc.
