| With the reform and opening-up process, the economy of our country had rapid development after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. But the regional economy inequality is more serious at the same time. It does not conform to requirements of sustained economic growth if the economic gap is too large. So how to alleviate the regional economic gap is one the key problems in regional economic theory bound. Current, the study of difference in nationwide economic, especially from the east, west and midland economics areas of China, is the main point in our academic circle. There are not enough efforts to the research selecting province, especially field level city as the study area. However, the provincial regional economic disparities are also very serious. Therefore, it is necessary to study the difference of economy that visit territory. Though Shandong Province grows fast in economic development and has an important position in our economy, there also exists obvious difference in regional economy. The study of economic disparities current situation and development trend as well as the pursuance of main effect factor, providing the suitable solving measures at the same time have important theoretical and practical significance to Shandong Province area economic integration develops and sustainable growth.Based on the methods summary of regional economic disparities at home and abroad, this paper uses the method of quantitative analysis to do positive analysis about regional economy gap in Shandong Province. Combining the related statistics of 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province in 2008, empirical analysis is done about the reason of area economy difference and suitable suggestions are. given in the end. The research focuses the unbalanced economy development among 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province, to get current situation and trend analysis and forecast. This paper has three parts as follows:First, do positive analysis on area economy gap among 17 filed level cities, and mainly discussed from three aspects. (1) using synthesized multi-index analysis. Based on statistics in 2008,10 economic indicators, methods of factor analysis and SPSS statistic software to study the current situation in regional economy difference, thus gets the conclusion that Shandong Province is a more disparate.(2) single index analysis. Mainly focus on GDP, per capita GDP and the proportion of tertiary industry, from absolutely difference and relative difference, it studies the changed track of economic gap from 1999 to 2008 and gets the fact that the absolutely difference is on the rise while the relative difference changes wavily but not obviously.(3) compared analysis. Econometric gap's comparisons between city and country, three industries and different areas, Second, analysis the effect factor of regional economic disparities in Shandong Province. Analysis the cause of economic gap from the aspects such as history and policy, natural environment and infrastructure, city attraction, industrial structure, human capital and FDI. Third, some suggestions to release the situation problem about regional economic disparities. Enhance the support to cities have a relatively lag economy, readjust the industrial structure, facilitate cooperation and exchange among cities, develop the third growth pole of area develops Jining.This paper disintergrates the economic differences among 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province, pursue the influence for differences of city and city, country and country, three industries, different areas to the whole difference and the change trend, making the cause and effect factor more vividly. It is the very innovation of this paper. In single index analysis, it integrates GDP, per capita GDP, the proportion of tertiary industry, instead of using them separately, to make result more comprehensive and substantial.The deficiencies of this paper is that because of the lacking of statistical data, in the synthesized multi-index analysis, it is incomprehensive in index selection, which may result in the difference between the computing result about total scores and practical situation. Furthermore, for the data missing in statistical yearbook, the research meets half way. It hopes that there will be more researches to cover the shortage. |
