With the change of the current employment environment and the change of the form of organizational employment,the issue of career has attracted more and more attention.Individuals no longer hold the traditional employment idea of being employed by a single organization,but begin to look for occupations and organizations that are meaningful to their career.In the process of continuous job flow,the employability of individuals has become the most important feature of current employers,and whether to accept or choose another position and organization in this employment situation,that is,the attitude of individuals towards boundless career Degree may affect the success of an individual's lifelong career.Some scholars have proposed that boundaryless career orientation is an important factor affecting personal subjective career success.However,in previous studies,most of them considered that the two variables are directly related to each other,but did not consider other factors together.Therefore,this study will select boundless career,employability and subjective career success as three variables to explore the relationship between the three variables,and further study the internal mechanism and model of each variableFirstly,in order to explore the relationship between the concepts of variables and variables,this paper combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,analyses and summarizes the theoretical basis for reference of existing research results,and puts forward corresponding innovations on this basis.Secondly,based on the theories, combined with previous studies,a measurement scale of the variables studied is developed,through which 462 employees are asked.Volume survey,using the combination of nonnative research and empirical research,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,using SPSS and Amos software for data correlation analysis, difference test,regression analysis and other data analysis.Finally,based on the results of the research,this paper puts forward relevant management recommendations.The conclusions are as follows:1.Employees of different genders,ages and job levels have different variables on boundless career,employability and subjective career success2.There are significant positive correlations among boundless career,career success and its dimensions3.All dimensions of boundless career have positive predictive effects on all dimensions of career success.4.Employability plays an intermediary role in the relationship between boundless career and career success.
