With the economic globalization, science and technology continue to accelerate the pace of modernization, and the continuous collision and fusion of Western culture, Values gradually become the focus of researchers, and most of the new generation of employees entering the job market who has become the main business of Army, which is the core competitiveness of enterprises and an important resource throughout the organization.Because of the new generation of employees in the workplace are different from 60,70, in a unique personality and work behavior,So all sectors of society have mixed reviews about them. Therefore, the management of the new generation of employees is increasingly becoming the focus of enterprise management.This study will be to explore these issues through its own staff factors from both own factors and organizational factors,and Perceived Organizational Support as the manipulated variable to study its impact on the relationship between Work Values and Career Success.Based on the academic literature in order and literature review,this paper has established a research model and proposed hypotheses.In the part of data Processing,this study reached the following main conclusions by running Reliability and Validity,Pearson correlation analysis and Linear regression analysis:First, Demographic variables affect the Work Values of the new generation of employees, there are significant differences in self-realization dignity,social interaction,organizational security and the economy, stability and freedom from anxiety between more than 35-year-old employees and "80,90";Various dimensions of employee work values,such as self-growth,self-fulfillment,dignity,social interaction, the Organization for Security and economic orientation in the working life showed significant differences;Various dimensions of Work Values of the new generation of employees did not show significant differences in different gender and education levels.Second, Research on the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Career Success.there is a significant positive correlation between the new generation of employees Work Values and Career Success; The purpose value,the instrumental value can be used alone to explain Career Success,when all of both exist,Only the purpose value can significantly predict Career Success.The purpose value and the instrumental value have significant positive effects on internal and external competitiveness, career satisfaction.Third, Research on the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Career Success.Perceived Organizational Support and its various dimensions and Career Success and its various dimensions showed a significant positive correlation; Perceived Organizational Support has significant positive impact on Career Success; Work support,Value recognition and Care for the interests can be used alone to explain Career Success.when all of three exist,Only Work support, Value recognition can significantly predict career success.Finally, The analysis of regulation of Perceived Organizational support and its various dimensions.(1)Perceived Organizational Support has a significant regulatory role between work values and their career success,Value Recognition and Care for the Interests have a significant regulatory role between Work Values and Career Success; (2)Work support,Value Recognition and Care for the interests play a significant regulatory role between work values and career success, Care for the interests play a significant regulatory role in Instrumental value and career success.
