The area of Anji County is 1886 square meters,75% is hill and mountain. Affected by the latitude position, it is raining profusely. The average annual rainfall by actual measurement is 1509mm. The water power resource in the whole county is plenty due to the high mountain and steep hill. By the end of 2008, there had 108 hydropower stations in all and total power is 4666kW. The small hydropower station is affected by the nature. There are only 23 of 108 hydropower stations having the storage capacity. 2 of them are with high storage capacity, the others are runoff station, which are poorly equipped with small installed capacity. For these body powered stations, power generation can not be controlled totally during the rain season, and it affects the power system a lot. Based on the Anji small power system station, this topic will study in terms of management system, synchronization rules, load test, line loss, power system voltage, power factor, economic dispatch and power system black start, and it will put forward the corresponding proposals and steps.As reviewed above, the small hydropower association plays a very important role in all works of small hydropower, thus through series of measurement to reduce the damage of the small lines, contain the risk of high voltage and high power rate. Also recommend to arrange reasonable dispatch and operation of the network, improve the efficiency of water using. It will greatly enhance the economic benefits of hydropower by adjusting the conflicts of power generation, irrigation and flood control. It's necessary to sign network protocol for each station and organize occasional visits to check and supervise the normative power station network. Per grasping the weather forecast, analyzing the main influence of small hydropower to the load forecast of Anji electrical network, researching the relation of the load forecast of Anji electrical network (small hydro capacity) and the meteorological factors, summing up several Anji load characteristic curve to improve the load forecast accuracy. Hope it will form Anji intergraded management of water power system with new model through these measures and proposals, and hope the management mold of small hydro power in Anji will provid a useful reference to the other local small hydropower management.
