Design Of The Data Cable Enterprise Production Plan Management System And Its Development

The thesis combines the major industrial science and technology projects of Zhejiang Province----Research and Application of customer-centered Information System for data cable enterprise. The production plan management process was set as the main research content. The master production schedule management basis on prediction, the master production schedule adjustment facing the orders and scheduling management process of workshop were researched. A production plan management system for data cable enterprise was designed and developed. First, The paper's research background, field, target were discussed. The relative research status about enterprise information, ERP, production plan and ATO both home and abroad were analyzed, and the structure and content of this paper was given. According to the analyzing of the characteristics of data cable production and enterprise current situation,the requirement of the data cable enterprise for the master production schedule management was cleared and the process of production plan management was given. Then the system framework was drawn. Then, the introduction of master production schedule process was presented, the function structure of master production schedule management module was put forward, and the database design was completed. The forecasting and the calculation of the demands of the Semi-finished products of the ATO product's method, process and realization were presented. According to the process of adjust the master production schedule on the basis of order, the function model and the data flow graph were pointed out to realized the process. Material requirement checking methods and production task execution sequence determined were also researched. After that, the work flow for workshop scheduling management was presented. The function structure and database were put forward and the operation assignment distribution was realized. The system development environment was stated. Combined with the system interface the realization was described. Finally, on the basis of summary of existing working, something need to be researched in the further study was pointed out.
