Research On Order Due Date Forecasting Method Of Rapid Response To Customer Demand

With more and more drastic competition in market and various customer requirements, quickly responding to customer's need and shortening the time of delivery is one of the main meanses that raise the enterprise's ability on market competition. Under this kind of background the problem of order due date forcasting has being researched, Combined with the key project of science and technology program of bureau of Zhejiang province (No.2003C11010) — Research on the implementation of Agile Manufacture Management System for electronic company. This paper puts forward order due date forecasting mesthod on the TOC, which puts forward the detailed solution according to functions in the forecasting, and developes the software sytem to justify the research finally.In the chapter 1, the factors of competition, the meaning, and contents of researching are introduced based on summarizing condition of research and related method of the due date forecasting.In the chapter 2, the method of order due date forecasting for 001 enterprise is presented based on characteristics of production of 001 enterprise, which forecasts the order due date exactly based on holding the information of the producing and purchasing of 001 enterprise real-timely, by the order statistic and gathering, calculating order priority, preparating of enquiry's material, calculating the related time of order assembling, order assembly scheduling and so on.In the chapter 3, the method of assembling scheduling for 001 enterprise is presented, comblined with the characteristics of 001 enterprise's product line and assembling process, which confirms the enquiry due date by sorting order, order assembly scheduling and regulating of order assembling scheduling .In the chapter 4, the order's due date forecasting in the rapidly respond to customer' need sytem is presented based on the theories and methods researched in this paper, and every function's characteristics and meaning is described. In the chapter 5, system implementing of system and example are given, and the difficulty point in the implementation is described.In the chapter 6, all achievements and the future research work is sketched out are summarized.
