Study On Development Strategy Of Tertiary Industry Of Shenyang

With the development of the economy and the accelerating of industrial process, the tertiary industry in the national economy is becoming more and more important. As the rising of the proportion of Gross Domestic Product and employment, the tertiary industry is becoming a essential sign of the development of the regional economy. Since the reform and opening up in Shenyang, especially in the 11th five year period,the government issues a lot of policies,in favour of promoting the development of tertiary industry and increasing GDP of tertiary industry.But compared with other cities,Shenyang also has a big disparity. There are many problems that exist in the process of development of tertiary industry of Shenyang.The research is based on "the development plan of Shenyang service industry from 2008 to 2012" and "Plan to reinvigorate northeast of China",the thesis mainly uses the comparison analysis method,the quantitative analysis method and the qualitative method.Firstly,the subject analyses the present status and structure of the tertiary industry,and the thesis analyzes Internal structure of tertiary industry by Gray Relating Degree Method, finding out the traditional type of service industry plays an largely important role in the development of the tertiary industry,but the new type of service industry impacts on the development of the tertiary industry. Secondly,compared with other capital city, tertiary industry of Shenyang is still at the primary stage, the third industry, especially the development of modern service industry is slower speed. Through the SWOT analysis,the research method analyses the present situation of the developing of tertiary industry in Shenyang.Finally,in view of the questions and the experience of the development of the tertiary industry of the abroad developed countries, putting forward the policy-related suggestions, including of the developing the production services,speeding up the construction of modern service industry,improving the degree of market and raising urbanization construction.
