Study On The Structure Of Tertiary Industry Of Qinhuangdao

This thesis aims at finding out the questions that exist in the process of evolution of tertiary industry's structure of Qinhuangdao,and putting forward policy suggestions on optimization and promotion of industrial structure.In view of the topic characteristic,this thesis uses the real diagnosis analysis method,the dynamic analysis method,the comparison analysis method,the qualitative method combining with the quantitative analysis method.First of all, this thesis summarizes the tertiary industry from the concept,the essential feature and the internal division.The basic theory in order to provide a background about theories and methods for latter research.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the present situation of the overall economy and of industrial structure of Qinhuangdao,then analyzes time series data of three industries and the tertiary industry of Qinhuangdao by the real diagnosis analysis method combining with the dynamic analysis method,in views of development scale,industrial structure change value,the employed persons'composition and the comparison labor productivity,and studies its evolution path;compares internal structure of tertiary industry of Shanghai and Guangzhou.Thirdly,this thesis analyzes condition of overall tertiary industry as well as the internal by Gray Relating Degree Method and dynamic Shift-Share Method,coupled with the qualitative method.Then,this thesis analyzes whether tertiary industry structure of Qinhuangdao is reasonable and optimal from the aspects of the relationship between tertiary industry and industrialization,constrast of tertiary industry's structure under standard and the optimization of interior structure of tertiary industry.Finally,this thesis summarizes the questions that exist in the interior of tertiary industry's structure of Qinhuangdao,and analyzes the factors that curb the development of tertiary industry of Qinhuangdao.It is concluded that tertiary industry's structure is not reasonnable,small-scale and really false optimization in Qinhuangdao. In view of the questions and factors,putting forward policy suggestions such as;developing the touris deeply,accelerating the development of high-tech and,raising urbanized level of Qinhuangdao and so on.
