Interactive Development Research Between Knowledge Services And Equipment Manufacturing Of Shenyang

Along with the range of services gradually expanding, the pace of knowledge-based economy looming, service industry became more and more knowledge-intensive-oriented, technology-intensive -oriented and as a result, knowledge service industry is emerging. Knowledge services become an essential new industry in knowledge era of economy in the process of its birth, development, and acting on other things. The equipment manufacturing of Shenyang has a long history of development and a solid foundation, but now faces a arduous task of adjustment, revitalization and needs of strong support of knowledge services. However, compare with the Shenyang equipment manufacturing, Shenyang knowledge services apparently lacks vigor. To adjust Shenyang economic structure and accelerate equipment manufacturing industrial upgrading, vigorously developing the knowledge service is a problem which must be solved. How to combine Shenyang knowledge services and equipment manufacturing perfectly and develop through interaction in two-way is the magnificent goal of a top priority of Shenyang to build a world-class equipment manufacturing base. The interactive mechanism between knowledge services and equipment manufacturing are investigated based on the economic development of Shenyang. The relationship between them is established through empirical analysis, a relationship model is established and the interactive development countermeasures are put forward. Theoretical research and empirical analysis are divided in the structure of this article. First, the concept, classification and generation mechanism of knowledge service are summarized and the inevitable trend of the equipment manufacturing upgrading is vigorously develop the knowledge services which matches it. Second, the interaction mechanisms between knowledge services and equipment manufacturing are discussed in the aspects of social division of labor, competition theory, modular and industry cluster. The interaction development stages and the corresponding mode of them are divided. The status and problems of Shenyang knowledge services and equipment manufacturing in the interactive development process are analyzed. On this basis, Statistical data of Shenyang knowledge services and equipment manufacturing twelve 1996-2007 is compiled. The relationship between Shenyang knowledge services and equipment manufacturing is researched quantitatively using the econometric software Eviews5.0 and the research results show that the relationship between knowledge services and equipment manufacturing in Shenyang is not a simple causal relationship, but rather interdependent, mutual restraint, mutual driven relationship. Knowledge services are divided into traditional knowledge services and emerging knowledge services and the relationship between them and equipment manufacturing are studied. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions which promote interactive development between knowledge services and equipment manufacturing are proposed. Gradually improve the existing shortcomings between them and develop interactive forms, methods, to gradually promote a virtuous circle model in two-way interaction.
