With the accelerated process of economic globalization and fiercemarket competition,high innovation ability and strong market adaptability have become the important indicatorsabout whether the enterprise can keep its competitive advantage andkeep sustainable developmentin the market competition. Equipment manufacturing industry is the core component of manufacturing industry, which provides technical equipment for national economy and social development,it is a pillar industry to enhance national strength and the status of global competition. Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese government has vigorously supported the development of equipment manufacturing industry, and it has formed a complete range of categories, large-scale equipment manufacturing system. But in the era of information technology rapid update iteration, knowledge economy to occupy the mainstream of the times, China's equipment manufacturing enter:prises are big but not strong,independent innovation ability is weak and so on, and these problems have not been greatly improved. So how to give full play to the creativity of the research and development team and how to improve the innovation performance of R & D team have become the turning point of the strategic transformation of China's equipment manufacturing enterprises.This research is based on the knowledge heterogeneity of theR & D team of equipment manufacturing enterprises. The research is carried out on the theory of knowledge, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to promote the innovation performance of R & D teamin equipment manufacturing enterprises.First, the paper analyzes the research status and content of knowledge heterogeneity of R& D team in equipment manufacturing enterprises. Through the induction and summaryabout the related research achievements,defines the connotation and the dimension divisionof the equipment manufacturing enterprise R & D team heterogeneous knowledge, team interaction,team identity and team innovation performance,and combs the study of the relationship between the variablesfrom the domestic and foreign scholars, it can provide a theoretical basis for the research.Second, the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and team interaction, team innovation performance and team identity of equipment manufacturing enterprises is studied.Drawing on the research on the relationship between the research team knowledge heterogeneity, team interaction, team identity and team innovation performance, this paper puts forward the theoretical assumptions of this paper, and builds the conceptual model.Third, an empirical analysis of the theoretical hypothesis proposed in this paper.By using the methods of literature study and expert interview identified the questionnaire,By using SPSS 19.0, AMOS20.0 and othersto analyze the data of this paper to carry out the corresponding empirical analysis,to test the relationship hypothesis and conceptual modelbetween the knowledge heterogeneity of R & D team, team identification, team interaction and team innovation performance, finally, the test results are explained.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the equipment manufacturing enterprise R & D team innovation performance improvement. From three aspects of knowledge heterogeneity of R & D team, team interaction and team identification,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the innovation performance of R & D team in equipment manufacturing enterprises.Through the study of this paper, the concept, characteristics and dimensionshave been clear about the R & D team knowledge heterogeneity and team innovation performance variables,theinfluence mechanism of the equipment manufacturing enterprise R & D team knowledge heterogeneity and team innovation performance has been studied, the moderator team interaction mediating variables and team identificationare introduced, and then put forward the theory assumption, and empirical analysis of the conceptual model, combined with empirical results, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, for the upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprise R & D team performance for innovation to provide a useful reference.
