The competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into a competitionfor transaction costs Since the1970s, so producer services spun out of the"outsourcing" has been developing rapidly within the manufacturing enterprises.The productive service industry and manufacturing industry of equipment havegood interaction foundation. Shanxi Province in the12th Five-Year Plan had putforward that: implement the scientific concept of development thoroughly, builda conservation-oriented society, fully use of high-tech producer services as therepresentative of the transformation and upgrading the industrial structure inShanxi Province. The Bigger and stronger equipment manufacturing industrycan make the equipment manufacturing industry develop along a systematic,complete and high direction in Shanxi Province,As Producer services living in the equipment manufacturing industry, theyare linked inevitably inextricably and their relationship attracted extensiveattention of scholars. According to producer services connotation, extension andcharacteristics, combined with the domestic and foreign scholars on theclassification, production service industry classification was defined, and therelevant literature reviewed on the basis of the producer services of Shanxiprovince and the development of equipment manufacturing industry aredescribed. Then using the input-output method and multivariate linear regressionequation, the producer service industry and manufacturing industry ofequipment of the interactive relationship between the empirical analysis.Through empirical analysis, Shanxi province production services andequipment manufacturing industry between benign and interactive developmenthas not formed. Technology intensive and knowledge intensive producerservices on manufacturing equipment for the intermediate investment isinsufficient, affected the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturingindustry promotion. At present, the development of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry is still relying on the traditional productive serviceindustry drive, scientific research into the cause of the low proportion of theequipment manufacturing industry.
