At the age of the Internet, commerce has been popular and developed with irresistible momentum in the worldwide. By commerce, global trading environment was provided, the communication speed was greatly improved, the cost of managing links was saved, and the business costs was reduced. As commerce penetrating into all aspects of people's lives, people want to do various commerce activities such as sending and receive mail, accessing news, ticket information, online shopping and so on, in life and work needs at anywhere. At this point, another technology is developed rapidly, which is mobile communication technology. The needs of people for the mobile Internet were satisfied by the experience of commerce and mobile communication technology, and the mobile commerce was born on a timely.Mobile commerce is an extension of e-commerce. through the technology of wireless communication with continuous development, and using the mobile devices, consumer can make various types of business at any time and any place; the companies from mobile operators to service providers by borrowing mobile platform are progressing directly or indirectly, for development of market, innovation of service and creation of value at the same time. The combination of 3G and mobile commerce, gives users unprecedented freedom and convenience and emerges many new features, which caused more and more attention and research by domestic and international scholars.In this paper, the characteristics of 3G and the advantages and the advanced nature of 3G compared with the previous generation of technology, to combine the status of 3G operation, use to show the support of 3G for mobile e-commerce and the difficulties of 3G's development in China at present; the commonalities between web 2.0 and 3G are searched for inspiring the mobile e-commerce in 3G; at the same time, from the sides of technical support for carrying out mobile e-commerce activities, secure environment, the environmental of payment and customer value, etc. the composition of mobile e-commerce and support were discussed in detail, and the user's market were segmented focus on user needs; the status of industry and consumer in valuable chain of mobile e-commerce were analyzed, and the revenue model and profit point of the mobile e-commerce were discussed with the center of services.Finally, China Mobile was made the analysis of PEST, competitive environment and SWOT as an example, and researched China Mobile's profit model and proposed constructive suggestions.3G and mobile e-commerce were combined, so that people can do various commerce activities simply, quickly, conveniently and efficiently, in order to get rid of time and space constraints. It can be predicted that 3G mobile e-commerce will be the main battlefield under the field of electronic commerce in the 21st century.
