Chengdu Mobile's Mobile E-commerce Profit Model And Development Strategy

With the development of both mobile telecom technology and e-commerce, the market of mobile e-commerce is growing with promise. In the rapid development of mobile e-commerce, How to establish Chengdu Mobile in the mobile e-commerce value chain is the core of the key to its success or failure.The research of the paper first analyses the characteristic and current development of domestic and international mobile telecom e-commerce, includes relative concept, technology, mode, current application and contrast of e-commerce. Second, this paper analyses the provincial market structure and environment of Chengdu Mobile, using the marketing strategy analysis and management knowledge, such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis.The paper discusses about the prospect of mobile e-commerce by analyzing its value chain and profit pattern.
