Since the reform and opening, the economic development of Hebei Province has made very gratifying achievements. But, in the joy of Hebei province, we should have a more clear understanding of economic growth. In the economic development level, growth has been gradually close though the national average. however, economic development is relatively backward compared with many central provinces and cities and lags behind developed economic regions such as Shanghai, Guangdong. In growth mode, It still depend mainly on physical capital input to promote growth, the role of technological progress is not significant, the staying power of economic growth is not guarantee under under the law of diminishing marginal efficiency.The economic development of Hebei still face many problems that the lower of human capital stock and resource allocation and inefficient utilization are the main difficulties. And it is also causes the deep reasons behind economic development that low quality of the population and rich with labor resources shall be the difficulty in forming human capital match to economic growth and natural resources.In this context, in research situation, from the theory of human capital investment and on the basis of human capital investment and economic growth status and existing problems of Hebei province, this article analyzes the qustions of human capital investment analysis of economic growth, and finally put forward countermeasures. this article is divided into the following parts:The first part, namely the first chapter introduction, this part is the starting point and research foundation. It mainly introduces background and study purpose and significance of the human capital for investment in Hebei province for economic growth impact, and about the human capital investment and agricultural economic growth theory research reviewed home and abroad, this thesis illustrates the methods adopted, the methodology of research and innovation ideas.The second part, namely part two. This part firstly introduces the meaning of human capital investment and the human capital investment, secondly introduces the theory of human capital investment and economic growth. It provides the experiences for the study of the human capital investment in Hebei provinceThe third part, including chapter 3 to chapter 5, the content in Hebei province analyzed on the human capital investment and economic growth from the macroscopic and microscopic. Secondly it introduces status quo and existing problems macroscopically and microscopically empirically. This part is the core content of research. Finally, on the analysis of human capital investment and economic growth in hebei province, based on the actual situation of human capital investment and the experience at home and abroad, the paper puts forward some suggestion of human capital investment and countermeasures.The fourth part, namely the sixth chapter conclusion.
