An Empirical Research On Factors Influencing Knowledge Transfer In IT Outsourcing Based On Relationship Quality

From the perspective of relationship quality, the enterprises engaging in IT outsourcing as the research object, based on available literature, a theoretical framework based on relationship quality about the factors which affect knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing is proposed and nine hypotheses are proposed. After investigating more than 20 IT outsourcing enterprises in Beijing Shanghai and Xi'an Software Park, 283 final samples are collected. Applying SPSS11.0 and AMOS17.0 software to data analysis and proving the theoretical framework. and hypotheses. Also 283 final samples are divided to the east and the west, the framework and hypotheses are proved in two situation. The relations between the factors are explained in final samples and in different samples.The empirical research result shows that the communication trust and mutual commitment effect on knowledge transfer directly. Harmonious conflict resolution effects on knowledge transfer indirectly. In east region, communication and mutual commitment effect on knowledge transfer directly. Harmonious conflict resolution and trust effect on knowledge transfer indirectly. In the west region, trust and mutual commitment effect on knowledge transfer directly. Harmonious conflict resolution and communication effect on knowledge transfer indirectly. The suggestions about how to improve the efficiency of transfer knowledge in IT outsourcing enterprise are proposed.
