From the perspective of knowledge sharing, the enterprises engaging in software outsourcing as the research object, based on available literature, a theoretical frame-work about the factors which affect knowledge sharing in software outsourcing is pro-posed. The framework is about the relationship between relationship quality, knowl-edge absorptive capacity, information technology capacity, trust, collaborative partici-pation and knowledge sharing. Thirteen hypotheses are proposed based on the frame-work. These hypotheses are confirmed through a field survey of 151 employees from 9 software outsourcing enterprises. After investigating 9 software outsourcing enterprises in Xi'an Software Park, 151 final samples are collected. Applying SPSS software to conduct descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, cronbach'sĪ±reli-ability analysis and construct validity analysis at first, then Pearson correctional analy-sis and multi-collinearity analysis are performed to confirm the quality of the data. Hereafter, applying software AMOS, theoretical framework and thirteen hypotheses are proved by structure equation model (SEM), by which the relations between some variables and explained variables have been confirmed, and the other can not be sup-ported.The empirical research result shows that information technology capacity's effect on knowledge sharing is the most significant, and the effect includes direct and indirect positive effect. Collaborative participation's effect on knowledge sharing is the second significant, and the effect is only the direct positive effect. Knowledge absorptive ca-pacity's effect on knowledge sharing is the third significant, but the effect is only the indirect positive effect. Trust's effect on knowledge sharing is smaller than knowledge absorptive capacity's, and the effect is the indirect positive effect by collaborative par-ticipation as mediating variable. Relationship quality's effect on knowledge sharing is smallest, and the effect is the indirect positive effect by trust and collaborative partici-pation as mediating variable.
