| With the rapid development of the economic globalization and informatization, more and more enterprises put the IT outsourcing at the height of enterprise strategy in order to gain a competitive advantage. At the same time, alonge with the rise of the knowledge economy, knowledge has become the core resources instead of traditional enterprise production elements. IT outsourcing is a knowledge-intensive activity, the knowledge transfer problem between client and vendor attracts more and more scholars’ attention. Therefore, in this paper, the problem of knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing is the research content, and the paper analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing, constructs and simulates the evolution game model of knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing, and proposes some countermeasures to improve the knowledge transfer between the client and vendor. So, it is theoretical and practical significance for realizing the success of IT outsourcing.Firstly, this paper analyzes the influencing.factors of knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing from the knowledge transfer subject, object and situation. Among them, the knowledge transfer subject includes knowledge sender and knowledge recipient, knowledge transfer situation includes the client and vendor’s relationship and organizational characteristics.Secondly, on the basis of influencing factors of knowledge transfer, this paper constructs an evolution game model of knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing. Through solving the model, this paper analyzes the evolution trend and strategy choice of both client and vendor’s knowledge transfer quantificationally.Finally, with the help of Matlab7.1, simulates the evolution game model of knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing, and analyzes the impact on knowledge transfer evolution trend because of the change of parameters. On this basis, this paper proposes some coutnermeasures to improve the knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing from five aspects. |
