Research On The IT Outsourcing Knowledge Transfer Influence Of Relationship Quality And Knowledge Stickiness Knowledge Transfer

IT outsourcing is a form that is got resources outside to meet its own IT requirements. Since kodak company have made its the main business of information technology to be outsourcing in1989, IT outsourcing industry has been rapid development. More and more enterprises have professional technical service to complete the goal of enterprise and improve the competitiveness of the enterprises through the IT outsourcing. Therefore IT outsourcing is a kind of strategic choice under the environment of rapid development. In the process of IT outsourcing contains a large number of knowledge transfer, and knowledge transfer has the very important influence in the success of IT outsourcing.As outsourcing enterprise knowledge transfer influence factors to analysis, relationship quality has got the attention of the academic theory and practice. High quality relationship can reduce the uncertainty of customers on the choice of trading, so as to improve the effect of constant interaction in the future [1], so it is profitable to the knowledge transfer between the contract-issuing party and the contractor,this study is on the basis of predecessors’existing literatures and based on social relations between the contract-issuing party and the contractor, refine the dimension of IT outsourcing relationship to build a suitable theoretical model of analysis the relationship of the contract-issuing party and the contractor influents IT outsourcing receiving package of enterprise knowledge transfer. The research adopts the research method of combining theoretical analysis and practical investigation, studies the enterprise IT outsourcing package party knowledge transferring. The study combines with the independent variable (relationship quality, knowledge stickiness), intermediary variables (IT outsourcing package enterprise knowledge accepts intend, absorptive capacity), regulating variable (relationship quality) and the dependent variable (knowledge transfer) four types of variables and the corresponding path. This riches package enterprise knowledge transfer influence factors of IT outsourcing theory content, and through effective knowledge transfer makes outsourcing success have a practical basis for China’s vast IT outsourcing enterprises.Through the empirical study results show that:(1) in the three dimensions of relationship quality, trust and satisfaction have a positive impact to knowledge accepting willingness and accepting absorptive capacity, promising has a positive influence to accept knowledge enterprises’ accept willingness, but based on the empirical study it hasn’t been confirmed promising has a positive influence to the absorption of knowledge’ accepting absorptive capacity.This study also further confirmed that the ability to enterprises’ accept willingness and absorb capacity of knowledge accepting enterprise has a positive effect to knowledge transfer.(2) knowledge stickiness has a negative impact to knowledge transfer of knowledge accept enterprise.(3) trust and satisfaction dimension of the relationship quality influence the relationship that knowledge stickiness’negative impact on knowledge transfer. But it hasn’t been confirmed promising influence the relationship that knowledge stickiness’negative impact on knowledge transfer. According to research conclusions, both the knowledge transfer’sides establish a trust mechanism, promoting the knowledge transfer’satisfaction and commitment between each other aspects proposed the IT outsourcing package enterprises suggestions for the improvement of knowledge transfer.
