With the era of knowledge economy and the emergence of Globalized knowledge and technology innovation, Enterprise have to find the best way to create,spread anduse knowledge by management in order to survive and to maintain sustainable development. It is the key personnel with knowledge of the talent competition among companies focused on economic management of information technology in the synthesis of knowledge-knowledge workers, and economic management in the management of the various elements of the final analysis, the management of high-quality personnel-knowledge worker's management. How to motivate knowledge workers is a strategic task for the high-tech Enterprises.This paper reviews the mechanisms of knowledge-based Research Motivation, first defined the meaning of knowledge workers, Summarized knowledge workers of the personality traits and job characteristics, Essentially between entrepreneurs and knowledge workers is a principal-agent relationship due to asymmetric information, different risk preferences, goals and other reasons are not consistent. Then this paper reviews the principal-agent theory causes, Introduce the principal-agent theory of general analytical framework. The paper's core chapter is to establish Entrepreneurs and knowledge workers in the relational model, Knowledge worker motivation personal growth model, Training on business and knowledge workers to solve problem of moral hazard model of two-way model, Design of knowledge-based employee incentive model。The next chapter analysis of the knowledge underlying causes of employee motivation Through these model, design of knowledge workers outside the internal incentive mechanism and incentive mechanism. At the last,the paper draws on analysis of the knowledge worker status of the incentive mechanism through HW's case, and give some advises to solved problems in the counter-measures proposed.
