Competitions between enterprises are becoming more and more intense during the global economic boom. Meanwhile, corporate managers who are the intelligence resources and talent capital in the enterprises are playing a quite important role in it, having a dominant influence on the development and expansion of enterprises. So, how to evaluate the manager's contribution to our enterprises, and how to do their performance management well appears more important.This article analyze the present situation of the managers'performance management both here and abroad, found that there is already a much deep research on the performance property. However in the aspect of"Performance System"of the managers, about the application of evaluation methodology is not decided yet. This article through the guide of the correlation theory of performance management, fuzzy theory and BP NN etc, and all the talking, questionnaire survey, we found that there is a lack of completeness accuracy and justification in the Performance Management Program of the managers.Responding to their problems, we first build the managers'indicator system based on The BSC system, and then we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate each key indicator's weight, at last, we use fuzzy theory and BP neural network to design a new performance evaluation model for the performance evaluation of the managers. The new model can cut down the cost examine and make it more scientific and equitable. This article comes up with a more perfect Performance Management Program, which can carry out the performance evaluation model successfully.
