Because of the cost of construction project management is relatively backward, the project construction process there are also non-standard phenomena, and the awareness of construction workers is relatively low. Therefore, the traditional cost control and management theory is not a good guide for quick and timely construction of the production enterprises, construction enterprises can't meet the cost of decision making and management decision-making. In order to allow the construction unit in the fierce market competition survive and develop, we should control and manage the project for good conduct.First, I read this article on the basis of references, from the domestic and international construction cost management of the project described the dynamic start of construction project cost control and cost management, rationale, cost control and cost management concepts, principles and some other areas, as empirical research has laid a good foundation.Secondly, the article has empirical practical engineering analysis. The article analysis project cost management of XL station one by one part, including cost projections, cost planning, cost control, cost accounting, cost analysis and cost assessment of six stages. In the cost control ,we have researched the XL main power plant project in terms of cost control measures taken, from the direct costs of control, enhance quality control, construction site to save costs, enhance claim rewards for specific discussion of these aspects; in the cost analysis, earned value will be applied to the actual project cost control and going on the project schedule and cost analysis of the deviation; through XL Project Cost Management Analysis XL project proposed in the cost control problems, and cost control for these deficiencies make the programs and measures, the more timely adoption of new production system is proposed that the cost of advanced management methods and the establishment of strict and effective internal control project cost procedures and systems in the hope that similar projects have a certain reference and guidance.
