With the progress of science and technology, the ability mankind utilizes natural improves rapidly, and the scale exploiting the natural expands unprecedentedly. While the traditional industry brings us wealth and civilization, it also brings the disaster to mankind--exhaustion of resources, serious pollution, and out-of-balance of environment. Green logistics is a kind of logistics decision mode which integrates environment protection idea. It is a tie joins the green making and green consumption; It is also a long-term "strategic arms "for enterprises to reduce resources and energy consumption, reduce pollution, and improve competition advantage. Green logistics has changed the existing one-way logistics relation. While inhibiting the logistics from causing danger to the environment, it forms a kind of close ring type of logistics system which can protect economy and consumption developing healthily.However, for individual enterprise, it is more difficult if you want to realize greening every link of products circulation including materials procurement, manufacturing, handing over and retrieving. This requires relevant enterprises of the whole close ring type of system to organize green logistics together. Therefore, we propose the green logistics based on value chain, in order to realize green circulating logistics system including supplier, manufacturer, retail trader and customer.Firstly, this thesis based on value chain theory and green logistics theory, and discussed the green logistics system based on value chain; Secondly, on the basis of circulation economic theory, it constructed the green logistics performance evaluation indicator system based on value chain; Finally, according to the basic thoughts of AHP, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment of the trigonometry and the basic thinking, on the basis of transforming the indicator data quantitatively, it set up Triangular Fuzzy-AHP model based on basic thoughts, used the case to analyze the real example, thus explained feasibility and practicability of this model. |
