Along with the fast development of the economy, in recent years, domestic automobile industry is developing rapidly. Automobiles are commonly used in every part of the commercial activities. The upgrade of social life strengthens purchasing power; people are buying more and more autos for daily use of themselves. On the other hand, the competition of domestic auto manufactures is becoming more aggressive. The effective measures in the field of cost, quality and service are essential. To reduce the environmental impact is important; the auto industry should pay more attention on the management of the auto reverse logistics with the green logistics idea. The cost of reverse logistics is much higher in china, the waste of resource and environment pollution becomes more crucial.From the concept and content analysis of reverse logistics, the paper summarizes the characteristics of the reverse logistics and green logistics, and analyzes its relationship among other few concepts. The paper discusses the problems in the process of automobile reverse logistics, In view of the theory current development of automobile manufacturing green logistics and based on the 3R principle of circular economy, the paper starts from the links of production, circulation and consumption of the process to construct the green reverse logistics system of the automobile manufacturing industry in China. Then, the paper analyzes the ideas of Green logistics, and points out the importance of the environmental impact in the process of the reverse logistics. In the last part of the paper, the paper sets up the multi-hierarchy index system according to the characteristics, use the FAHP(Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) to structure the performance evaluation model of the automobile reverse logistics based on green degree, and uses MATLAB software to account the model of the performance evaluation calculation program, use the evaluation model and calculation program on automobile reverse logistics system for greenness evaluation, it proved the feasible and effective of the evaluation study the method. And through the positive analysis, the paper can provide some advices for automobile reverse logistics in china.
