Employing the method of theoretical and empirical analysis,on the base of analyzing the environmental effects of export theory, the author analyzes the influence of the Chinese industrial export on the environment. The author has widely used some new econometric estimation tools, such as unit root test,Co-integration test,Granger-causality test,VAR estimation,Generalized impulse response function and variance decomposition ,to discuss the relationship among the industrial export,GDP Per capita and environmental pollution. The author holds that:The increasing industrial export had worsened China's environmental quality, however, the increasing GDP Per capita alleviated the speed of China's environmental degeneration. In this paper, from three levels of scale effect, structural effect and technological effect, the author applied the environmental effects of trade theory to quantitative analyse the environmental effect of China's 15 major industry export on domestic pollutants emission, and concluded that: the scale effect of industrial export expansion worsen the state of domestic environment, and the technological effect improve the state of domestic environment, however, the structural effect have different effects for different inustry. On the whole, most of the industrial structure has been optimized, but the increasing export structure of some traditional industries with high pollution, such as Metal smelting and rolling processing industry ,made the great contribution to environmental pollution,so,the imbalance of industrial export structure is the root cause of export's negative environmental effect;technological effect has much important role in reducing the pollutants emission, but promoting technological innovation of the high polluting industries should be put on more important agenda. Finally, from the perspective of the government as well as enterprises, the author puts forward some relevant policy suggestions to coordinate the relationship between export and environment.
