| The main objective of this thesis is to provide some suggestions in order to further perfect the new type of rural social endowment insurance system in eastern China during the process of exploring new type of rural social endowment insurance system,which combines implementation experience in several pilot eastern regions,including investigation and analysis of Jinan pilot area's new type of rural social endowment insurance system's implementation status and feasibility.This thesis first briefly analyses related concepts of the rural endowment insurance and combines related economic theories to explains their guiding significance on rural social endowment insurance. Then, based on the comparative analysis of several pilot eastern regions'similarities and difference on the new type of rural endowment insurance to put forward some experience and inspiration. Then, taking Jinan as an example to make specific study on its new rural endowment insurance work. On the one hand, combining the history of Jinan rural endowment insurance's development, make an comprehensive analysis on the feasibility from demand level and supply level of rural endowment insurance to explore the establishment of new-type rural endowment insurance.This part of emphatically expounds the function of social security's redistribution of can realize the income gap's pareto improvement, and from the point of social security can realize " back-feeding from industry to agriculture", which all fully demonstrates the demand level in Jinan's new rural endowment insurance,also with some analysis from the view of political, economic and social on jinan's rural endowment insurance. Then, make analysis from the basic contents and current situation in Jinan rural endowment insurance's current situation, and points out some problems in it. Finally, combined the above pilot experience and analysis,putting forward relevant policy suggestions on how to improve eastern China's new type of rural endowment insurance. |
