In the era of knowledge economy, business environment faced by the enterprises is becoming more and more global, information technology and diversification.Taking knowledge innovation, technical innovation as main characteristics, the high-tech enterprises in order to seek survival in the fierce competitive environment and development, often excessive pursuit of economic efficiency and neglect the basic needs of employees and the right to participate in organizational development requirements, which lend to employees of the organization and work of breeding discontent and then affect the employee's performance.Therefore, It is a key issue for managers of enterprises, to ensure sustained and rapid development of the enterprise, through their effective leadership for the staff to set goals and meet the needs of employee self-realization, and to improve employee performance.Based on the manager role theory, leadership theory, and the theory of employee performance, this paper proposed the relationship model of high-tech enterprise manager leadership behavior and employee performance and introduced Staff attitude as the mediating variables. Through the questionnaire survey of central, eastern and western companies a total of ten high-tech enterprise, analyzed the intrinsic link between high-tech enterprise manager leadership behavior and the employee performance, then concluded that there is not only a certain correlation between manager leadership behavior and employee performance and the manager leadership behavior will also work by influencing the attitude of the staff in turn affecting the employee performance.On this basis, the paper put forward several proposals about how to improve the level of business manager leadership behavior, aimed to keep the high-tech enterprises in China healthy and rapid development.There were six sections in this paper. The first chapter was an introduction, concluding the perspective of theoretical and practical background and significance of this research, and brief ideas and methods of this study. The second chapter was the basis of relevant theories and literature review. In the section, the manager role theory, leadership theory, and employee performance theory were introduced to provide theoretical support for this study. The third chapter was the theoretical model construction and assumptions. There were the relationship model about the high-tech enterprise manager leadership behavior and employee performance and relevant assumptions in the section. The forth chapter was pre-test analysis. The questionnaire was modified in the section. The fifth chapter was empirical analysis, using correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods to explor the intrinsic link between manager leadership behavior and employee performance.The sixth chapter was conclusion and outlook.There were several innovations in the article. First, the high-tech enterprise managers leadership behavior and staff performance were defined and classified. Second, the employee attitude as a mediator was introduced in the relationship model of manager leadership behavior and employee performance. Third, based on the questionnaire survey, empiricaly analyzed the relationship between the manager leadership behavior and employee performance, and proposed several recommendations to enhance the level of manager leadership.
