Research On Model And Mechanism Of Autonomous Management Of Cellular Manufacturing

In order to adapt to the fast-changing and unpredictable business environment, multi-species batch production enterprises taking the cellular manufacturing have became a development trend. In recent years foreign and domestic studies more focused on physical and technical factors of equipment layout, production processes and technical support, and with required management way of cellular manufacturing transforming from past centralized and stationary management method to distributed autonomous and collaborative management. Therefore, how to organize and manage cellular manufacturing, and which management models and mechanisms should be taken are becoming research contents of cellular manufacturing.This article first summarizes management methods of traditional cellular manufacturing on the analysis of research situation and theory and practice of cellular manufacturing, and combines with agile manufacturing; virtual enterprise alliance and other advanced manufacturing models, points out adjustment direction of cellular manufacturing under the new situation, then comprehensively gives organizational forms of cellular manufacturing in the cases of a single enterprise and multi-enterprise co-production. Secondly, according to general structure model of production system, proposes system of autonomous management model of cellular manufacturing, elaborates operation processes of autonomous management of cellular manufacturing under a single enterprise and multi-enterprise co-production, and designs realization path and support system of autonomous management of cellular manufacturing. Thirdly, to ensure autonomous management model of cellular manufacturing running smoothly, researches main levels of autonomous management mechanisms of cellular manufacturing, and gives corresponding management strategies for each level. Finally, partial contents of organization forms, autonomous management model and mechanisms of cellular manufacturing are confirmed by case studying.Through this paper study, not only expand organization forms of cellular manufacturing, but also get rid of research mindset on cellular manufacturing, and the autonomous management model and mechanism are proposed in this paper, conform to evolution direction of management pattern, also expand production management theories of cellular manufacturing, discusses reasonable management models and mechanism of cellular manufacturing, and provide more supports and references for organizing and managing cellular manufacturing.
