Construction investment is high, the cycle is long, ERP system implementation, there are so many uncertain factors in the process of the risk of project implementation, strengthen the ERP project risk management, is of great significance to improving the success rate of ERP system implementation.In order to understand the Inner Mongolia coal company XX risk factors exist in the process of ERP project implementation, the author in Inner Mongolia coal XX company to issue the questionnaire survey, the questionnaire results showed that demand analysis is not accurate, outsourcing supplier selection error, requirements change risk, decision-making risk, lack of user support, skew milestone is out of control, design, communication, risk, human resources risk, schedule risk and so on ten big risk is affected Inner Mongolia XX coal company ERP project implementation of the key risk factors.Inner Mongolia coal XX company ERP project implementation, the author of this paper the key risk factors, these risk factors are also studied by use of explanation structure model, the relationship between the research results show that the human resource risk, supplier selection error, communication is at the bottom of the risk, which is the primary cause of project failure.Combining with the Inner Mongolia coal company ERP project implementation, XX XX in Inner Mongolia due to coal company ERP project risk management has carried on the research and analysis, proposed the present stage Inner Mongolia coal company XX in the ERP system implementation problems existing in the process of project risk management, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure, constructs the comprehensive risk management system of the project. This system is composed of eight modules, the eight modules are interconnected, respectively is environmental risk management, risk management objectives and policies set, monitoring and risk identification, risk assessment, risk pricing and disposal, internal control, information processing and reporting risk, risk of continuous improvement.
