With the arrival of informatization age, the informatization level of Electric power industry is greatly improved by the rapid development and wide application of information technology, many thermal power project from the beginning of infrastructure develop and implement the information systems.This article Systematically discusses the informationization construction problems of the domestic thermal power project on the basis of define related concepts and analyzing related theory, such as information advancing slowly, information-oriented information asymmetry and repeat problem, due to the cause of the thermal power project leadership insufficient attention, the organization duty ambiguous and the systematization of informatization construction in the infrastructure and campaign periods, and Puts forward the solution thinking and planning scheme of tinformation integration of thermal power project by doing feasibility analysis. The article further points out that the information integration is effectively managed by using turnkey mode in thermal power project infrastructure and campaign periods, and concrete analyses management status and further applications of the information integration in thermal power project infrastructure and campaign periods by using turnkey mode in Linfen co-generation plant as an example.The construction of infonnation integration of the infrastructure and campaign periods need not to migrate the data, which helps reduce the investment costs of information system and the difficulty of the final application personnel learning and system implementation, can enhance the information system availability and effectively reduce switching and maintenance cost between different systems, which lays the foundation of system comprehensively put into and is very important to the full official EAM operation after Unit production put into operation and realization of equipment lifecycle management.
