Based on it, establish a set of information flow simulation model which contains contract management, engineering management, procurement management, construct management, cost management and risk management.Last, choose the disaster-past reconstruct project in Tongji town in Pengzhou as the validate object. Establish the information flow simulation model of the disaster-past reconstruct project in Tongji town in Pengzhou. After use the model, the level of project management increase obviously, and the application get very good effect.
