Research On The Energy Management Methods For Power Enterprises Under The New Situation

Since the reform and opening up, the GDP of China has been increasing rapidly. Nevertheless, owing to poor energy management, energy utilization was not efficient,which result in waste of resources and pollution of the environment. In pace with further development of economy, the demand of energy in China become larger and larger, therefore, the government put forward more stringent requisition to energy utilization. So it's of significant practical value to research the energy management for the electrical enterprise that consume numerous primary energy.On the basis of the theory about energy management, this paper analyzes the energy managent in Datang International Power Generation from four aspects, including institutional management, accounting management, energy consumption assessment and energy saving planning, and the results shows that the energy management should be improve with index evaluation system, establishing incentives, process control and information system application. Combined with advanced experience home and abroad, this paper research how to bring new management method into the work of Datang International Power Generation, and then spread the application. Firstly, establish the standard index system, through which each enterprise can grasp the advanced value of each index and advanced experience in energy management. Secondly, establish an energy consumption target setting model, so as to set the target value reasonably, at the same time, the primary business clear-cut objectives with this model. Thirdly, optimize the enterprise energy management process,so as to change result control into process control. At last, implement energy management assessment, discover the shortage of equipment, index and management through the multi-assessment made by experts. By the case of the changes of energy consumption index during the period of "11th five-year plan", the management above is certified to be efficient.Also, the management methods and experiences of Datang International Power Generation provide valueable achievement for power industry and other related companies.
