The activities of identifying the enterprise energy aspects comprehensively,systematically and evaluating the priority control of the energy aspects are strongeffective means for energy-consuming enterprises to reduce the unnecessary loss ofenergy, improve energy efficiency and reduce cost of doing business.Thermoelectricity enterprise is one of the six high energy-consuming industries inChina, it is facing the external pressure that energy supply has become tighter and theenvironment is deteriorating, at the same time, thermoelectric enterprises suffer theinternal pressure of continuous losses, It is essential for thermoelectric enterprise todo the identification and evaluation of the energy aspects, and must be prepared tominimize energy consumption, improve energy efficiency.In this paper, for the situation of China’s energy demand and energy use, it givesthe necessity of thermal power enterprise energy management. The basic of energymanagement system construction is energy factor identification and evaluation, so inthis paper, the theory of energy management systems and the identification andevaluation of energy factors are firstly outlined. It also describes the classification ofthermal power enterprises, production systems, major equipment, etc. Then usingprocess analysis method gives the details of the thermal power enterprise energyfactor identification procedures and methods of the entire production process. Andwith the combination of G1and improved gray correlation method, the thermal powerenterprise energy factor evaluation model is constructed to evaluate and sort energyfactor indicators which have been identified. Then arranging successively sequenceof energy factors and selecting the priority control energy factors. Finally it takesreasonable and effective measures to control these aspects for improving the energyefficiency of the thermoelectric companies, saving the unnecessary waste of energy,improving the thermoelectric corporate profit margins. Finally, it chooses a thermalpower enterprise of Hebei to do the empirical analysis and takes activities to identifyand evaluate the energy factors, finally it takes the appropriate measures to controland improve the energy aspects which have priority.it can significantly reduce thescale of energy loss and cost, and improve economic interests of the enterprise.
