The Research On Energy Conservation Management Of Thermal Power Generation Corporation

In recent years, with the rapid development of economic and society, the damage of energy and environment is more and more serious. At present, the old economic develop mode is no longer allocable, which develops economic at the expense of excessive consumption of energy and damage to the environment. Energy conservation management has become an important direction of research in China and even in the world. As the main reason of energy consumption and environmental pollution, thermal power generation should play a leading role in the implementation of energy conservation management.Due to the importance of thermal power enterprise in energy conservation management, the paper researches the saving management measures and evaluation method for thermal power enterprise from the aspects of theory and practice. In the aspect of theory, the paper proposes the energy conservation measures from the levels of method, management and technology. This paper also analyzes the appraisal method and evaluating indicators of energy conservation management in thermal power generation, and proposals the description and calculation method for each indicator.At the base of theoretical analysis, this paper takes Junliangcheng Power Co., Ltd. as an example, uses the SWOT matrix analysis, and examines the external environment and internal resources. The paper implements the organizational structure, measures and appraisal method in detail. So it has a certain reference for the practical application of energy conservation management in thermal power generation.
