The paper bases on ways of current grid construction management, focus on requirements of project management reality, take advantages of technologys such as internet, information,monitors in construction site and helava-northstar technology, research and build a visual informational system using on grid.The system mixes information data together in "Digital Virtal Management System", such as landscape, towers, tower foundations, electric wire, equipments and architectures in transformer substation, constructions, finally provides 3D models and multimedia from monitors. The system could provide managers a new way to increase safety, quality, progress and financial cost as an useful tool. So that users could compare 3D models in "Digital Virtal Management System" to real-time video which comes from monitors in construction site, and find out what is happening outside. Real-time information helps managers to oversee working situation and make decision.And there is another benifit effect, the system may use realtime video and audio information, with 3D models in "Digital Virtal Management System", as calculation basis of design changing and working cost, to increase efficiency and accuracy in those works. Digital files and other information collected in the process of construction could be packaged automaticly and deliver to maintenance departments, all files an information can be search and read in a very easy way, and will contains every details in total life cycle of the construction. The system can also help virtal tower delivery, project bidding, monitor locations arrangement and video conferencing.The system would help electricity grid becomes a strong and smart grid, at the same time, it will also changes management way and resouce distribution way into new stages, which will be intensification, less leader floors, professional and standardization.
