The Study On The Harmonious Development Of Urban-Rural In Zhengzhou City

Urban and rural are two basic parts of the regional system of urban-rural. Though the urbanization is in a rapid development stage with the rapid development of economy in China,the development of rural is relatively slow corresponding to the city. The degree to the harmonization of urban-rural will directly affect the situation of reform,stability of state and the achievement of the goal on building a moderately prosperous society. Through the comprehensive force of Zhengzhou city is in a leaping development with the central economy region enhancing the level of national strategy, the dominant position of Zhengzhou city is not obvious and dominant. According to which,The coordination of the economy and society of urban-rural is key to achieve the overall development of Zhengzhou city.This paper is researched on sorting the research status in china and abroad and basic theory of coordination of urban-rural by the main line of coordination of urban-rural of Zhengzhou city. Based on the mechanism of regional system of urban-rural,establishing the urban and rural dual system of non-linear Dynamics model and analyzing the whole status of evolution of regional system of urban-rural. Something is found: the regional system of urban-rural of Zhengzhou, the spillover interaction of force of urban is obvious and the activity scope is relative shrink, the degree of coordination is strengthened, but the expansion of regional system is in a disordered status.The conclusion can be analyzed based on the factors of influencing the coordination: the flow of labor of urban-rural is strengthened, the weight of labor in the first industry is reducing and in the second and third industry is increasing. Through the growth speed is basically coincided with the fixed and the whole investment asset of Zhengzhou city, there is a large gap of the level of income and consumption of resident in urban and rural and the income level is great influenced on the gap of consumption. In a whole,the structure of urban-rural is still exist and obvious.According to the factors of influencing the coordination of urban-rural,some counter measures are proposed:improving the speed of urbanization construction and enforcing the core interaction of city and town,speeding up the rural modernization construction and promoting the overall development of rural,implementing the compact and network development,speeding up the environment construction, achieving the sustainable development,promoting the institutional and system of organization by mainly conducted of government.
