Empirical Research On The Influence Of Fiscal Expenditure On Economic Growth In Qingdao Economic And Technological Development Area

With the establishment and development of market economy in china, the government function changes and the fiscal expenditure structure should be adjusted and optimized too. Studying on the influence of fiscal expenditure structure on economic growth in Qingdao economy and technology zone, has active significance to local fiscal expenditure structure optimization, efficiency of fiscal operation improvement and Shandong chersonese economic growth.Based on the theory of economic growth, theory of fiscal expenditure and the theory of influence of fiscal expenditure on economic growth, this thesis discusses and analyses on the fiscal expenditure on economic growth in Qingdao economy and technology development zone. At first it gives a analysis on the current situation of economic growth and fiscal expenditure in Qingdao economy and technology development zone, and then Using Co-integration Test, the impulse function analysis method for Vector Autoregressive modal and the method of principal Components Regression, analyses the action of fiscal expenditure in Qingdao development zone on the economic growth, finding out the direction and level of the influence of the gross fiscal expenditure and each expenditure program on the economic growth.The research can see the gross fiscal expenditure and each expenditure program have positive influence on GDP, and the influence can be put in the descending order-expenditure for government administration, expenses for culture and health, the expenditure for economic construction, and expenses for agriculture production. At last, the thesis put forward the suggestion of using the function of leadership on fiscal expenditure in Qingdao economy and technology zone, optimizing fiscal expenditure structure, enhancing the efficiency of fiscal expenditure.
