Research On Influencing Factors About Entrepreneurial Performance Of Small And Medium-sized Scientific And Technological Enterprises

In recent years, under the impetus of the national policy, the slogan of "public entrepreneurship and innovation" spreads in the cities, the entrepreneurial companies in our country provide a lot of jobs for people and alleviate the employment pressure. With the development of entrepreneurial innovation, a large number of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises appear in our country, these companies are generally based on technological innovation, and the technical personnel construct the main entrepreneurial teams, engaged in eleven high-level and new technological industry, for the purpose of establishing entrepreneurial companies,for enterprises’ survival, development and profits. Survival difficulties of entrepreneurial companies exist in our country, compared with the developed countries, they are facing the survival plight, so our government advocates that the entrepreneurs must carry on the rational entrepreneurial activity. Business achievements of start-ups are often measured through entrepreneurial performance, in order to improve business performance and achieve better business results, the leaders of enterprises need to find the main factors which influence the business performance, and analyze those factors that contribute to the entrepreneurial performance,which should be advocated and developed;We should also analyze what are the factors that could hinder the effect to the development of enterprises, which should be avoided and abandoned.This article is based on the influencing factors of entrepreneurship performance, I analyze the main influencing factors. First of all, through summarizing research results at home and abroad to determine the main factors that influence the performance, then I give hypothesis; Second, I classify the dimensions and select indicators, in this article I will define venture performance from three measured dimensions, the business enterprises’ survival, growth and innovation, and I define that the main influencing factors contain entrepreneurs’ characteristics(including entrepreneurs’ individual abilities and social network relations in two dimensions), entrepreneurial resources(including informational and technological resources and the others in two dimensions), business strategies,(including cost leading strategy and differentiation strategy in two dimensions), these factors act on the entrepreneurial performance in the dynamic environment; Next, the hypothesis is validated by empirical study, and then I analyze the results.In this paper, I analyze the dynamic adjusting effect to the environment in details, finally I put forward countermeasures and suggestions, in view of these start-ups.
