| Family enterprise is the main form of Chinese private enterprises which contributed more than half of the national economy. However, the family enterprise is rarely used as research samples in previous studies, particularly about relationship among job stress, job satisfaction and job burnout.The purpose of this paper is to measure the status of job stress,job satisfactio and burnout of family employees; then,build the hypothesis of the relationship among job stress, job satisfaction and job burnout. The study targets are employees of nine family enterprises in Baishan, 343 questionnaires were recycled. SPSS 17.0 is used to analysis the data by statistical method, such as reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis, so as to examine the above hypothesis. The main findings of this paper are as follows:(1)The job stress, job satisfaction and job burnout of family employees in Baishan are, to some extent, affected by gender, age, diplomas or class significantlyEach dimension's mean value of the job stress is over the median 3, the overall mean value of the job stress is 3.4832, which mean a high level of job stress. Female have higher job stress than male; the level of job stress is decreased with the age increased; there is no significant impact on different diplomas; the management have higher job stress than general staff. Each dimension's mean value of the job satisfaction is below the median 3, the overall mean value of the job stress is 2.4694, which mean a lower level of job satisfaction. there is no significant impact on different gender,female's job stress are higher than male; there is no significant impact on different diplomas and age; the management have higher job satisfaction than general staff. The overall mean value of the job burnout is 3.1406, which mean a high level of job burnout. Only the emotional exhaustion dimension of job burnout was significantly higher than the median 3,which reached 3.6987; the mean value of the depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment of job burnout is close the median, which is not significant.female have higher job burnout than male; the age from 25 to 40 has the highest job burnout; tertiary degree have higher job burnout undergraduate degree; the general staff have higher job stress than the management.(2)The relationship among job stress, job satisfaction and job burnout of family employees are significantlyCorrelation and regression analysis showed that, job stress is significantly negative related to job satisfaction; job satisfaction is negative correlated with job burnout; job stress is positively related to job burnout.(3)This study examined the impact of intermediate variable. The result shows that job stress can affects the job burnout through the job satisfaction, which proved that job satisfaction has a intermediary effect between job stress and job burnoutBased on the conclusions above, the researcher puts forward with proposals for the enterprises. First, establishment the relevant functional departments, to keep abreast the status of job stress, job satisfactio and burnout of family employees.Meanwhile,give the relevant guidance to employees on a regular basis, to improve staff's stress resistance.Final, ease the mood of staff's job burnout,and improve its efficiency through cntrol job stressand job satisfaction. |
