With the rapid development of China, IT industry in China is rapidly developing. But with such a high degree of development, the attentions on the health of staff have been more and more, especially the fatigue death is no longer strange for people. The concern to staff's psychological and physical health needs to be researched. This paper is about Burnout which has many kinds of translation in China. Its generally accepted definition in the world is the phenomenon of psychological, emotional and physiological exhaustion, after the work-stress is accumulated to a certain degree. Or say, the phenomenon of individual emotional exhaustion, personality disintegration and lower Sense of personal accomplishment. This paper will focus on knowledge workers in IT industry. It is decided not only by the focus of attention on the stress of knowledge workers in IT industry in China, but also by the characteristics of knowledge workers in IT industry. Therefore this paper will work on the research of Burnout during the knowledge workers in IT industry. Before that, this paper will do research on related literature at home and abroad to collect and collate information. Most studies on burnout, both at home and abroad, pay more attention to people-serving industry, while my study will use BM Scale (Burnout Measure, BM) to be the tool on my research, in that some study confirmed that the BM scale can be applied to various industries.Firstly, this study began from the survey about Burnout circumstances of knowledge workers in Chinese IT industry. The questionnaire includes 4 parts, as Burnout Measure (BM), Occupational Stress Scale (OSS), Social Support (SS), and Employees Satisfaction of Human Resource Management (ESHRM). By sending out the survey questionnaires to 10 major cities in China, I was able to do research on burnout, work stress, social support and Employees Satisfaction of HRM at the same time. The empirical studies of the first part of questionnaire proved that the problem of Burnout in IT industry of China is not that bad. But we should pay attention to it because there are lots of workers are going to burnout.Secondly, this paper did research on the relations between burnout and gender, as well as work experience, which confirmed that the original assumptions are wrong. Then, this paper did analysis about burnout situation of different geographical and compared the results in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Chengdu who are the most developed cities in China.Meanwhile this paper analyzed the separate parts of the questionnaire which are BM, OSS, SS, ESHRM. The study on ESHRM is an overview statistical analysis on the first hand and divided-section analysis on the other hand. Then I practiced a relevance analysis for all the variables I have already studied. The relevance analysis showed all the variables are very suitable for the construction of the linear regression model. Therefore, by the way of stepwise regression analysis, the final model ends up with four variables which can explain the circumstance of burnout very well.At the end of the article, the author recommended some corresponding resolutions according to the study above. The study in burnout based on the view of management, particularly of human resource management has never been conducted yet in China. What is the relation between human resource management and burnout, how could HRM reduce the probability of being burnout is being researched in this paper for first time. The questionnaire of ESHRM is an original creation from the author which is proved to be good a valuable with unexpected reliability and validity. According to the results of the study, the author put up with, for the first time, the three latitude solutions: the Roll Axis Model for prevention of Burnout. This study is not only for the IT industry, the findings of the study and the solutions has been hoping to bring some helps to managers, especially the practitioner of human resource management in it industries.
