China's seasoning vegetable is the largest export trade country, while China's seasoning vegetable expands export. It has been hit in the international market. Not only studying our seasoning vegetable benefit to guide a correct understanding trend, but also it has an important practical significance. Main research content and conclusions are as follows:1. Study on production of seasoning vegetable in China. This chapter analyzes the China's seasoning vegetable industrial organization structure, annual change in output and the main types of the characteristics. The finding indicate that, Our country's seasoning vegetable industry has some problems, such as low differentiation degree, intense internal competition, low profitability, rising production costs and so on; the main production characteristics of China's seasoning vegetable are expansion and land-intensive, poor government regulation, regionalization, specialization, and industrialization direction, flow of high-risk, complex circulation, and so on.2. Situation of foreign trade of vegetable in China. This chapter analyzes the evolutional of origin, export, price and export market. The finding indicate that, Shandong Province, Fujian Province, Shanghai Municipality, Jiangsu Province in east China, Henan Province in central of China and Guangdong Province in southern China is the main origin of seasoning vegetables; China's export volume of vegetables seasoned amount of exports remained on the rise, but the price has an great change; China's seasoning vegetables main export market is the Asian market and the North American market , the potential market is the European market.3. International competitive power of vegetable product. This chapter analyzes the international competitiveness of China's seasoning vegetable, by adopting four indexes: the international market-possessing rates, the revealed comparative advantage, the trade specialization coefficient and the rate of price, contrasting three countries: Argentina, U.S.A and Spain. The findings indicate that, the competitiveness of China's Garlic and ginger is very strong in international market, but the dry onions is general. China's seasoning vegetable is generally low export prices, in the same conditions, China's seasoning vegetable is competitive.4. The factors affect China's seasoning vegetable exports . The findings indicate that, the competitiveness of China's seasoning vegetable is very strong in international market, but it has some problems, such as the origin of the export concentration, a single species, low technology, less deep processing products, low price, export market concentration, serious disorderly competition, seasoned vegetable products industry associations within the mechanism is not perfect, importing countries emerging trade barriers, increasing anti-dumping cases, the brand of China's seasoning vegetable insufficient capital investment.5. This paper's main conclusions and countermeasures. This chapter is a conclusion, and proposes some suggestion to promote the foreign trade of seasoning vegetable sustainable development: establishment of various communication platforms by the functions of government services, the development of industry associations, standardize the market competition, increase scientific and technological research and development efforts, improve the quality standard system, establish an influential brand of China's seasoning vegetables, and so on.
