As a basis for competition and existence of enterprises in market, Quality Control is a significant part in project management and arouses attentions among mangers as the development goes on. Although, currently, a number of domestic construction enterprises have passed the ISO9000 review and certification, construction quality varies in each enterprise which is due to that the review and certification occur in different time, the system operation duration differs in enterprises and the attention leader pays is different in degree. It is one of the jobs that the enterprise continues to seek, to effectively control and improve construction quality and market competitiveness under the current business patternThe article selects a plant coal handling system as the research object. This project is a group-project with a number of disciplines involved and small tolerances required for civil work by installation wok. There are several abnormal structures in civil work and thin webbed girder is placed vertically, which make the construction difficult. Meanwhile, the characteristic of the company task is to build more nuclear power projects but less thermal power projects. Therefore, through this project construction quality management, the operation effectiveness of the quality management system can be reviewed and improved, and group-project quality management experiences can be accumulated so that lessons learned can be provided for construction quality management in the similar project.This article is composed of five sections. The first chapter provides general introduction to the project. Key and difficult points in the project quality management are identified through analysis on project characteristics. The second chapter is for quality plan. Based on the project characteristics, prepare the project object, set up the project organization structure and allocation of resource requested to realized the project object, and prepare the quality management system. Base on the management principle that client is taken as the focus and all staff and whole process improve continuously, prepare the quality management system flow chart to make the system run effectively. The third chapter specifies the project quality assurance measures. This chapter focus on the technical assurance measures and organization management measures taken as per the key and difficult point in project quality control. Ensure project accomplished and quality object fulfilled smoothly by accountable technical assurance and effective organization management measures and regulations. The forth chapter is for the construction quality control for coal handling system. In this chapter, major factors 4M1E that influence project quality are analyzed and corresponding measures are taken to ensure all factors under control. The construction quality control is conducted by all staff throughout the whole process. For the general issues during construction, cause-result chart approach and scatter chart analysis approach are adopted to analyze the causes and effective improvement measures are taken to reduce the general quality issues. The conclusion section makes statistical analysis on the final execution results to prove that the management system is run effectively in enterprise and the final quality object is achieved, which provide lessons learned for construction quality management in similar project.
