Research On The Main Influencing Factors Of Transfer Of The Contractual Right Of Land In Zhejiang

China's Reform and Opening up embarked on rural areas, 30 years have past, now we are faced with a brand new period of rural reforming which is also a heavy task for our country and CPC(Communist Party of China). The third plenum of the 17th Communist Party of China Central Committee made statements that establish the market for the Contractual Right of Land, as the effectively transfer of the Contractual Right of Land will promote the Agriculture Modernization and peasant income increase, it is the key to the Issues of Agriculture, Farmer and Rural Area as well.This Thesis mainly focuses on influencing factors of Land Transfer in Zhejiang. The methods are theoretical analysis combined with empirical analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis at the same time. We try to pick out the most important factors in the Process of Agriculture Modernization in Zhejiang at present. The whole passage centers on two main aspects, one is try to prove the relationship between Land Transfer and industrialization, and search for the internal law between them, the other one is dig out the current important factors and move to give the suggestions for further Land Transfer. On basis of above, the passage is written in the view of the designed questionnaire, in purpose of achieving the most important factors by direct way and adding more outputs in this research field. Therefore, the whole passage could be divided into four parts.Part1: Chapter 1 Introduction including the thesis's research purpose, methods, structure and so on. Chapter 2 Literature Review of standpoints by previous experts and scholars.Part2: Chapter 3 Review the main influencing factors of Land Transfer in industrialization process based on basic theories, we can learn from experiences of developed countries and our country's rural changes since Reforming and Opening Up, hope to prove the relationship between Land Transfer and industrialization, and search for their internal law.Par3: Chapter 4 Analysis the current situation of Land Transfer in Zhejiang, try to find out the existing problems. Chapter 5 Sort out the questionnaire, list the main related factors, furthermore, diagnosis both the positive factors and negative factors. After that apply the statistical data from questionnaire to appropriate econometric model, in that way we could measure the most important factors.Part4: Chapter 6 In view of above outputs, pick out the most important factors, moreover, ultimately provide sorts of appropriate suggestions and advises to solve the problems in Land Transfer, hope to accelerate the Land Transfer and realize the Agriculture Modernization.
