Research On Rural Land Contractual Management Right Exit And Influence Factors In Main Grain Producing Area

Economic development and urbanization led to rural labor one-way flow,resulting in "abandoned abandonment" and many other matters of rural area.It's a important step what is land contractual management right exit to solve problems in the background of “three right division”.How to guide farmers exit land contractual management right in the principle of fair and voluntary?What's the influence factors of land contractual management right exit?What's the difference of willingness to land contracting right exit in different land management right exit behavior?How to reasonably guide to land contracting right exit for farmers was exited land management right.Such issues must be take into account for the research on land contractual management right exit.This paper select part-time household what is cover all age groups in different farming area,Jingdezhen city and Jiujiang city,Jiangxi province.In research content,Firstly,based on the theory of farmer behavior to build exit decision model and use the factor analysis to determine index system.Secondly,indicator variables are incorporated into the structural equation modeling,measure the influence factors and influence level of land contractual management right exit.Finally,based on the two types of farmers who have exited land management right and don't exit land management rights,to explore the differences between the two types of farmers in the willingness to land contracting right exit and the influencing factors with binomial classification logistic regression.The research conclusions is:(1)Due to the survival protection role of contracted land,majority of farmers do not want to exit land contractual right.But the universality of part-time household,the proportion of land management right exit is higher than that of land contracting right exit.(2)Family annual income,household non-farm income ratio and proportion of non-agricultural population are negatively correlated with the willingness to landcontractual right exit.farmers personally think that the regional exit land contractual management right to less difficult,or the surrounding village has been out of the land contracting right,the willingness of land contractual right exit is stronger.The contracted land area and production are negatively correlated with the willingness of land contracting right exit.(3)Family annual income,household non-farm income ratio and the proportion of non-agricultural population have positive impact of land management right exit behavior.The total number of households in the household register,the level of education for the head of the household and the number of the elderly and the number of children to be raised,have negative impact of the land management right exit.(4)In the farmers who don't exit the land management right,family annual income,the number of children to be raised,farmers personally think that the regional exit land contractual management right is a positive impact on the willingness of land contracting right exit;And the ratio of non-agricultural income to non-agricultural income,the proportion of non-agricultural population,the need to support the elderly,the contracted area have negative impact.In the farmers who have been exited the land management right,the ratio of non-agricultural income to households,the level of education for the head of household and the land production have negative impact on the willingness of land contracting right exit;Only the farmers personally think that the regional exit land contractual management right is a positive impact on the willingness of land contracting right exit.Based on the research conclusion,the policy suggestions presented in this paper:Firstly,establish and perfected the security protection system of land contractual management right exit,eliminating the worries of farmers back home.Secondly,need to perfected the compensation mechanism,improve the compensation amount and encourage farmers to exit land contractual management right;At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda,so as to guide farmers to exit land contractual management right.Finally,should explore diverse ways to exit contracted land,establish a complete and standardized land transaction market,and promote Land transfer efficiency,make land use intensively and efficiently.
