Abstract:In view of the lack of unified conclusion of the impact of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The authors have used the meta-analysis method to analyze 90 papers from 36 different journals in recent 10 years.Base on a lot of relevant papers, the author have completed the factors of job satisfaction.In this paper,7 dimensions of job satisfaction are used to measure the relations with turnover intention. In addition, Then, the authors have compares the research results between the manager and the employee whether the relation of the factors of job satisfaction and turnover intention is the same. At last, the authors have compared the research results of China and western countries, which finds that different dimensions of job satisfaction have played extraordinary different role in two social systems.the author the result shows that job satisfaction have a positive impact on the turnover intention. Which finds that some individual dimensions of job satisfaction have played quite different role in them? The result of this meta-analysis has enriched our understanding of the relation between job satisfaction and turnover intention and provides some useful inspiration to the enterprise manager. The present paper has these conclusions:(1)The relationship of Job Satisfaction and turnover intention is positive.(2) Between the manager and staff, the dimensions of Job Satisfaction have played different role with Turnover Intention.With regard to manager, promotion and training, leadership, work environment, played more important role but, benefit and wage have most outstanding relation with the Turnover Intention of staff.(3)To a certain extent, culture has affected the relationship of Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention.The relationship of Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention has been seriously affected by benefit and wage, as same to the interpersonal relation, work environment, work itself.
