It propose the writing thinking and research method of this article by combing the research achievement at home and abroad. The second part analyze the items on the cost control during the whole construction. The third part proposes problems in four aspects of the enterprise. Based on the cost control principle which apply to the power grid construction universally, the forth part propose the cost control problem existed in the enterprise, the countermeasure for the problem and suggestion on the cost control of the construction.
