Research On Cost Control Of Power Grids Building

Building cost of projects means all the expenses related to the project from the beginning of preparation to the end of checking and accepting completed installations before commissioning, including the material cost, the purchased cost of equipment and tools, constructing cost, other building expenses relative, price fluctuation reserve and capitalized interest, etc. Besides contents of construction, Building cost of projects keep a tight tie with economic development of the construction region, the management of enterprises, the builders'technology, the state and local government rules and regulations, etc.This article makes a comparative analysis on the building cost of projects from the components of cost for the power grids construction, found out problems and leaks existing in the construction process, and put forward corresponding measures to enhance construction management in decision, design and implement, etc. At the end of the article, the author makes some suggestions on how to strengthen construction cost management according to the present situation of the control on engineering cost that lies in the power grids.
